This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our website.
1. 14-Day International Return Guarantee
We offer a 14-day return window worldwide.
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible:
The item must be unused
In original condition
In original packaging
With all tags attached
No washing, wear, or alteration

2. EU & UK Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with consumer protection laws.
The withdrawal period begins the day after delivery.
You must notify us within 14 days.
You then have 14 additional days to send the item back.
Standard shipping costs are refundable (if applicable).
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment.
3. United States, Canada & International Customers
For customers outside the EU/UK:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Duties, customs fees, and import taxes are non-refundable.
4. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must:
Show no signs of use
Have no stains, odors, damage, or wear
Include original packaging and accessories (e.g., bag, belt, tags)
We reserve the right to:
Reject returns that do not meet these conditions
Issue a partial refund if the item shows signs of diminished value
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
Custom or personalized products
Limited edition items marked as final sale
Items returned after 14 days
Used, washed, or altered products
Items damaged by misuse
Gift cards
Clearance or discounted items marked “Final Sale”
6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
A defective item
A damaged product
The wrong item
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
If confirmed:
We will offer replacement
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment only.
Approved cancellations are subject to a 20% processing fee
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
Refused deliveries may be subject to return shipping and customs deductions
8. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your return:
You will be notified of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
We may withhold refund until the returned goods are received or proof of return is provided.
9. Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges due to limited stock.

Proper packaging of returns
Providing tracking information
Ensuring the item reaches us safely
We are not responsible for lost return shipments without tracking.
11. Incorrect Address
Orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund.
12. Chargebacks & Disputes
If a chargeback is opened without contacting us first:
The return eligibility may be suspended
We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent claims
