Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns Policy

All sales at GI4Victory are covered by a 7-day return window.

We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the following cases:

• The item is defective

• The item is damaged during transit

• The wrong item was shipped due to our error

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only in these situations:

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear proof (photos or video). After verification, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Please note: We are not responsible for damage caused by shipping carriers once the item is handed over to them.

Incorrect Item Received

If you receive an incorrect product due to our error, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, email info@gi4victory.com immediately.

• Approved cancellations receive an 80% refund

• 20% is non-refundable to cover processing and handling fees

Once an order has been shipped or marked as completed, it cannot be canceled, and this policy applies.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

• Size, color, or fit preferences

• Orders delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

5. Return Shipping

If a return is approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the issue was caused by our error.
